There are numerous accounts in Inkàðuri literature of magicians using Tirrid’s Ghostwalk; there are no accounts from living magicians. The instructions for casting the spell are clearly outlined in the High Davar script. The spell has been copied countless times and sits on the shelves of many magicians’ libraries. The components are rare but accessible. The spell is used as primer for Inkàðura studies, but it is rarely woven. Despite its utility, most believe that Tirrid’s Ghostwalk is too dangerous to use. The spell allows the magician to step into a Veil (e.g., Vor Kyùrada, Vor Omtenéma), presumably without crossing-over. The effect is to transition the weaver to a quasi-corporeal state. The danger is not only tied to attentions that such a breach might attract, but concern as to where the “walker” is deposited when the spell ends.
