Savàrið is not one of the original Seven Kingdoms of Ælyra. The territory was carved from the lands of Layrdawyr and Hedrèwyr. It was formed as a haven for Dekàli settlers, a land without strong hereditary ties to the native islanders. It seems only proper therefore, that after so many centuries of languishing within the shadow of Ilûwyr, the region has become the center of Dekàli culture within Ildûn.

Regions, Geographic

Savàrið is bounded by the Ildûni provinces of Layrdawyr to the west, and Ilûwyr to the north, and Hedrèwyr to the east.

  • Ancient Mounds. Similar to the funerary mounds of the Ælyri north, the Ancient Mounds of Barðmorn once rose majestic and inviolate across an otherwise natural landscape. No more. Centuries of Dekàli settlement has seen the sacred hills excavated, plundered, and scavenged for building stones and the promise of ancient riches. An effort by historians to catalog the hills was unable to find any locations without evidence of destructive plunder.
  • Immortal Caves
  • Nul Drùar
  • Plains of Vyr
