Ward Overview
Crossing the border avenues that contains Thousand Alleys gives the sense of stepping into another world. Gone are the surging masses pushing like ocean currents through open streets. Gone are the sounds of sellers and buyers raising their voices to be heard. Gone are the beggars peering out from behind stalls laden with produce and riches. Thousand Alleys is a calmer place, home to most permanent residences of Æzàlar. The lack of major roads, makes the district nearly impossible to navigate for non-natives. The warren of twisting roads, alleyways, and tunnels wind for miles and miles. Within Thousand Alleys it is not uncommon to find collapsing hovels leaning against the high walls of rich courtyards, resplendent with high showering fountains and fragrant flowers.
