Graiç

Graiç of Mazzam, Wood Golem of Mazzam

Graiç was created beneath the Tower of Mazzam on the coast of Carámis. Constructed to be a guardian for the magician’s tower, something went awry with its creation and the golem were created sentient. Unaware of its uniqueness, Graiç submitted to Mazzam’s will for many years until it was able to determine the injustice of its state. When Graiç discovered that the other constructs created by Mazzam had been made mindless, it became enraged and destroyed the magician’s “unholy” servants and their creator.

Graiç was a “crew member” of the Aylyréar for some years. His “Wood Mending” ability made him a valuable asset to the ship. Life at sea suited Graiç well for a number of years until the Aylyréar was dragged underwater by the Zultayan pirate ship Lōyōlīyeð.
