The people of Acèntyra worship a wide and growing pantheon of deities. These beings are organized within a tiered hierarchy called the Five Rings. Within this structure, Mortals are given inherent opportunities to move from lower to higher planes of existence based upon their morality and accomplishments during life. The gods of this system therefore, were previously Mortals who have been rewarded for their accomplishments, both real and spiritual.
