Middle Kingdoms, ca. 653 DR
The Middle Kingdoms are those lands situated between the Shar Cradle, Lower Plains, Fiery Isthmus, Ring of Saráddir, and West Coast. With the possible exception of the Hidden Kingdom, the nations of the Middle Kingdoms are only accessible by the Bloodling Bay. Although it would appear that geography would have sheltered these lands from the currents of Empire, the land has remained central to overland commerce between the Shar Cradle and Ring of Saráddir.
