Palda

The Vined Kingdom

Palda, ca. 654 DR

Palda, ca. 654 DR

Palda is renown throughout Acèntyra and beyond for its great vineyards and the wines they produce. The quality of Paldàri wines is often compared to Eylfāe wines by all but the Eylfāe. Ships laden with wine casks and crates are shipped throughout the world, often accompanied by heavy escorts.

Palda is the western-most point of the Acèntyri kingdoms. A chain of fortified islands off its western coast are known as the Acèntyri Shield, a line that separated the Acèntyri Empire from the Hold and more savage lands farther along the coast. The keeps have fallen into disrepair and are not manned or supplied like they were in past centuries.
