Dol Tàzhnur Mèdur

Drûr 3-5, 652 DR. Traveling along the Run Sulūð. An overgrown and abandoned shrine is reconsecrated. A new companion from the Sleeping Mountains joins the group. A large jungle cat is slain.

Malor, 3 Drûr 652

Group investigates subterranean structure and find reptilian iconography throughout, carved into the walls and floors. They find a large incense basin and a couple rooms with stone sarcophagi. One door cannot be opened. Group exits and climbs up waterfall using the rope that was tied to the log above. The three continue along the riverside trail.

Group reaches a rope and wood bridge which crosses a river tributary. They arrive in the Village of Virr, a trading town for numerous villages farther inland. They learn of caverns that extend below the village which lowers the river level allowing easier entrance into Dol Tàzhnur Mèdur. They meet Dolono, a magician from the northern mountains who agrees to travel with them along the river.

Cimrûn finds an overgrown Sūdùli shrine on the village’s edge and tends to it. Cimrûn holds a small service and sleeps the night with a child, baptizing her.

Amor, 4 Drûr 652

Cimrûn finishes work at the overgrown shrine before the group leaves the Village of Virr to continue along the river-trail. They encounter several blossom drifts without noticeable effects.

A large jungle cat emerges from the forest. Marcus draws his sword and fights the ravenous cat, suffering a severe wound to the hand. Cimrûn circles the beast during the combat, and places the beast into a deep sleep so that Marcus can finish it.
