Lāllan’s Conflagaration summons a set of small fiery orbs which orbit the weaver. The orbs intercept mundane attacks, winking out of the existence when they succeed.

Each success repels one die from a mundane attack with a chance of igniting flammable objects. The number of activated Nomhôk pearls cannot exceed the number of successes (see Components).
Components
No components are required for the spell, but for every pearl (i.e., 1/2″ diameter or more) of Nomhôk used in a Weaving, an additional orb is created. Nomhôk beads are consumed in the weaving. If the weaving is not successful (i.e., botch) the beads are still destroyed. If the weaving is spectacularly unsuccessful, the beads employed burst into flame and may ignite the weaver.
History
Lāllan’s Conflagaration is a defensive spell created in 10th century HK Kændal by Arddùradàgus Lāllan.
