Second Taldàni House of Amra

1-653 DR.

The First and Second Taldàni dynasties are separated by the surrender of Taldàna by Alèsēas II in 1246 HK. During her long imprisonment the High Priestess was not allowed any contact with her priesthood. Only through the eavesdropping of an old priestess employed by the Eylfāe Governor of Taldàna was the name of the next High Priestess chosen. The priests of the time felt confident that the name would lead them to the next leader of the Cult despite the impossibility that Alèsēas II might ever have met or communicated with the farm girl from Caldāeð. After much theological debate it was determined that the Love of Amra could transcend the boundaries of the Waking World.
