Details
The onset of drunkenness may not be immediate. If the subject tries talking, walking, or performing simple feats of dexterity, the impairment will become evident.

Successes determine the level of drunkenness. Each level of illusory drunkenness is equivalent to 1 drink above the character’s Stamina (see WoDp177 Alcohol. Unlike normal alcohol, the effects of Liráðan’s Imagined Inebriation evaporate once the spell ends.
