Overview
Considered the last civilized remnant of the Western Shiru Empire, Tsenbh’s Sha’al population is overwhelmingly outnumbered along the coasts of the Sleeping Sea. While the Sha’al kingdom maintains good relations with its neighbors, there have been multiple occasions where Tsenbh has been used as a scapegoat for wider problems. Tsenbh’s most lasting diplomatic relationship is with the Thorned Crown of Drak Ràkur, upon whom the Sha’al have had a positive (some might say civilizing) impact.
