630-1121 HK. First Oðàri House of Skarçard.
The five centuries which the Skarçard Dynasty ruled Oð were a turbulent time in the city-state’s history. Not least was the Eylfāe-Oðàri War (circa 680 HK) and the subsequent construction of Durün’s Wall (circa 685 HK). On the edge of the Telábra Plain, covered in creeper and encircled by a sea of briers stands a faceless statue whose plaque was long ago stolen. The statue was erected in 693 HK (almost a 1200 years ago) to Endmun the Fourth of the Skarçard, the most famous ruler of third Oðàri dynasty.

King Sharn I ordered that all Eylfāe and Halvàrel of his realm and surrounding lands be brought to Kryr Shùrulm. There, he vastly expanded the capacity and devices of the keep’s dungeons. Many of the torture chambers and cells constructed during his reign remain to this day. It is guessed that over 1,200 Eylfāe and Halvàrel were tortured and killed during this time. He was married four times, in 700 HK to Lady Muara Sirjor, in 722 HK to Lady Turánda Màlkor, in 726 HK to Lady Zanna Kallàrin (see #5 above), and in 734 HK to Tassèra Sàlað (rumored to be a Halvàrel prisoner with whom he fell in love).
