Jūðàla Urū lives in a spacious apartment atop a bakery in the Tumùlus neighborhood of Sulyard, Oð. It us unclear whether the man works or whether he traveled to Oð with all the wealth he will ever have. What is apparent is that he is far-removed from his homeland and either has settled the best he can. Jūðàla’s apartment is adorned with exotic pottery, artwork, and furniture crafted from strange woods. Above his mantle hang two swords and a long Sha’ali pole-arm decorated with prismatic plumage. His most prized possession is a small glass bottle bound in frayed cords with a wax-sealed cork. Inside the bottle is a spoon’s worth of shimmering gold liquid (i.e., Leðùri Nectar).

Tressta’s notes: Late-twenties, long-limbed dark-skinned man with short black hair and close-shaven beard. Spoke in an odd accent, always complaining about how insufferably cold it was in Oð. He often wondered how people could live without daylight. Honest and uninhibited customer who insisted Tressta smoke with him from a blue smoking pipe.
