A large percentage of the coins in circulation have been in use for centuries. Kændàli minters and do not usually bother refreshing the supplies of Nûl, unlike more valuable coins which are updated at each coronation, commemoration, et al. The obverse of the Nûl typically shows an animal or plant that is farmed along the Fertile Coast. The reverse of the Nûl depict the ruling Lord’s device, encircled with a legend detailing the minter, minting place, and minting date. Most of these details however are hard to discern.
