Central Vulmùra

Much of Late Dekàli history revolves around the Vulmùri lands of Acèntyra and the Illyri Peninsula. The Old Empire itself was heavily influenced by the Empire of Andùl Illyra whose ancient capital of Illis now stands within the borders of Celésā.
