243-653 DR. First Oðàri House of Rott. House of Hela the First of Oð through her eleven times great-grandson Edgur the Third of Oð.
The Rott Dynasty emerged following the death of the last Zyan High Lord of the city-state Oð. In 653 DR, fourteen members of this family have worn the Iron Crown. Heir presumptive is Edgur the Third’s sister Nolda, who lives in self-imposed exile protesting her brother’s reign. In line for the Iron Crown following Nolda is Lord Kordun Rott, grandson of Adárran IV by Lady Sarályn (d. 613 DR) and eldest first cousin of Edgur and Nolda.

The High Lord was all but invisible outside the castle. His first test as ruler occurred in 637 DR when the Merchants’ Guild of Oð began minting inferior coins (i.e., New Kūdom). The High Lord sought the help of trusted adviser Akànzir Kèldir, who in turn connected him with Ændroð the Magician. Together they devised a plan to undermine the Merchants’ Guild, now known as the Kūdom War. His rule continued in 653 DR. His twin sister, Nolda, long contended that she was the first twin born.
