High Temple of Sūdul
Taláksē the Blind was desperate. This pilgrimage to Jædð was his last chance. He had sold his dead wife’s business and purchased passage on a ship to the southern-most reaches of the Old Empire.
The Bowls of Jædð sit top Hor Jòrdol, known locally as the Old City. The enormous stone bowls are constructed from blocks, carved from native stone. Each bowl is filled to the brim with water, spilling-over into the next lower tier of bowls. The top-most central bowl is probably filled by a channel within its supporting column. The column is hidden at every courtyard vantage.
Unlike other High Temples of the Dekàli pantheon, the Bowls have no interior. They were constructed as a place for reflection, meditation, and dreaming.
