The Stalwart City

Thick stone walls rise from the western shore of the Bay of Haldòrax. Only the peaks of roofs and tower tops can be seen above the rocky bulwarks. The wharves are populated with a tumult of crowded inns and warehouses, serving a handful of giant piers like curled fingers. Behind these buildings hides a low gateway with heavy metal doors, that are opened twice a day; an hour both at dawn and dusk. Each opening of the Low Gate is signaled with the pealing of temple bells throughout Haldòrax.

• Kry Hàldorax. An old style castle that sits on a high slope, but within the city walls of Haldòrax. Kry Hàldorax has been the barony seat since the founding of Ensòret. The castle courtyards are comprised of large vertical stones containing reliefs of each ruler of the baronial dynasty.
